Description :
Collection Of Chinese Blue And White Porcelain Vessels And Boxes This lot comprises approximately five Chinese blue and white porcelain
pieces, showcasing traditional decorative artistry. Included are two
cylindrical planters with intricate cobalt designs: one featuring butterfly
motifs and floral borders, and the other depicting a landscape scene with trees
and mountains. Also present is a tall square bottle vase with hand-painted
scenic imagery of mountains, pagodas, and boats, bearing a gold label with
Chinese characters and a stamped mark on the base. A pear-shaped vase decorated
with floral patterns in underglaze blue is part of the group, along with a
nested set of small square containers featuring calligraphy and bird motifs.
These pieces reflect the enduring popularity of blue and white porcelain, a
tradition dating back to the Yuan and Ming dynasties, though these examples are
later 20th-century productions as indicated by “Made in China” labels and
