2011–2018 Vietnam Press Die-Cast Lineup – DC Comics Batmobile & Hot Rod Shifter

This listing includes three 1:64-scale Hot Wheels die-cast vehicles manufactured in Vietnam. Two of the models are based on the 1966 Batmobile, officially licensed by DC Comics and molded with signature undercarriage details, turbine exhaust styling, and the dual-canopy bubble cockpit design. Both carry chassis markings such as “© DC Comics” and “1186 MJ, 1 NL,” and while visually similar, they may represent variant releases across retail or collector series from the same tooling cycle. The third vehicle is a Night Shifter, a stylized fantasy hot rod first introduced in 2016. It features exaggerated muscle-car proportions, side exhaust headers, and racing striping, and is marked with the casting code DKL25 and base number N3016, confirming its 2018 model wave classification.

The Batmobile castings originate from Mattel’s 2011 Vietnam production batch, during which various character cars were globally distributed under DC licensing agreements. The Night Shifter, though introduced later, shares factory lineage and embodies the design-forward ethos of Hot Wheels’ track racing subline.
